We know not all patients have access to dental insurance, so we have made dental care easier by offering our patients our Port City Dental Savings Plan.

One low annual fee includes preventive dental visits plus 15% off other services. This is an unlimited savings and benefits plan with no insurance claims. You choose your Port City Dental dentist and hygienist at any of our locations! You can use your benefits immediately and enrollment is quick and easy.

• 2 exams per year
• 2 Professional Cleanings per year OR
• 2 Periodontal Cleanings per year OR
• 3 Periodontal Cleanings per year
• 1 Fluoride treatment

15% off Dental Services

Program Details

Plan options include:

• 2 Preventive Cleanings per year, plus 2 Exams, 1 set of bitewings
• 2 Periodontal Maintenance Cleanings plus 2 Exams, 1 set of bitewings
• 3 Periodontal Maintenance Cleanings, plus 2 Exams, 1 set of bitewings
   

The patient must not be enrolled in any dental insurance program. If at any time during the rolling enrollment year the patient becomes insured, the remaining benefits are not applicable. Dental services must be paid at time services are rendered to be eligible for 15% discount.
